Services Include
The MyNCC student email is the College’s official means to communicate information to students. Faculty may require students to use their MyNCC student account for course-related communications; therefore, it is important to access and read e-mail messages in a timely fashion. Students who do not have access to computers may use the Information Technology Services computer labs on campus or any public Library to access their e-mail. For assistance with your e-mail click on Student email or go to the Information Commons, located on the first floor of the Library - 516.572.7620 or Building G, Room G145/G149, lab -516.572.9662.
Wireless zones are located in the Library, Food Court, Buildings A through F, G building, Bradley hall. All students registered at NCC have access to the NCCStudent wireless network.
Instructions to access Wireless Network
1. Search for an available wireless network on your computer
2. Connect to the wireless network named: “NCCStudent”
3. Open a web browser (you will be automatically redirected to an NCC login page)
4. If you agree to adhere to the “Acceptable Use Policy”, login using your NCC-ID (Banner N#) and Pin. If you disagree simply close your browser window.
For technical assistance go to the Information Commons located in the Library on the 1st Floor (516.572.7620).
